Refund policy
If Premium doesn't work for you, you get your money back. Simple.
Premium
The PointerStick download is free, so you can try the app before paying anything. If Premium doesn't work for you, email support@pointerstick.com within 30 days of purchase with your license key or receipt email, and we'll refund the full $12.99. A quick note on what went wrong helps us fix it, but it isn't required.
Earlier purchases
Keys bought under the earlier $1.99 model, and any skins bought with them, now count as Premium at no extra cost.
What happens after a refund
The refunded key is deactivated and the app goes back to the free classic pointer. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
